Our Mission
Create spaces for connection and belonging among midwives.
Provide opportunities for mentorship, peer review, and shared learning.
Recognize and celebrate each midwife’s unique strengths, skills, and contributions.
Encourage the midwifery profession through education, collaboration, and open communication.
Our Story
Founded in March 2025, Texas Community Midwives was born out of a need for connection and community. Midon, Janet, and Jennifer wanted to create together a lasting organization where our profession is not a competition, but a community. TCM is a place for midwives to create a sisterhood and where relationships are strengthened by our love of midwifery.
